Our Promise
We want you to love what you’ve chosen. If not, you can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We’re here to help at sales@homewiththerudds.com
What is Returnable
- Most products purchased online, within 14 days of delivery.
- Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (including shade boxes and lamp protection).
- Please keep packaging until you’re sure you’re keeping the item.
Not suitable for return (unless faulty):
- Opened candles or diffusers.
- Items marked Final Sale.
- If unsure, email us first
How To Start A Return
- 
Email us: sales@homewiththerudds.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. 
- 
We reply with next steps: return address and packing guidance for fragile pieces. 
- 
Pack with care: use original boxes where possible. Lampshades must be boxed with no pressure on the fabric and cellophane still on. 
- 
Send it back: use a tracked service and keep the receipt. 
- 
We process your refund: once received and checked, we refund to the original payment method. 
- 
Return postage is your responsibility unless an item is faulty or damaged on arrival. 
- 
Original delivery fees aren’t refunded unless the order was faulty.

If you prefer a like-for-like exchange, email sales@homewiththerudds.com and we’ll arrange it where stock allows.
Refund Timing
- We aim to process returns within 5–7 working days of receipt.
- Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email sales@homewiththerudds.com within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
- We’ll put it right: replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
- We cover return postage for confirmed faults.
