We are continuing to deliver through this difficult time. Depending on size, our deliveries may be sent through Royal Mail, 1st Class or via DPD Local. Our delivery companies are committed to delivering your parcel safely and have updated their services to be “contact free”, meaning deliveries can be made, or left in a safe place without requiring a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 days of receipt

Standard delivery to UK Mainland (Within 5 working days):
Orders over £50 - Free Delivery
Orders less than £50 - £2.95

We will deliver furniture within 20 miles of the store - £50

No deliveries at present to Europe

Standard delivery to North America:
Orders over £150 - Free Delivery Orders less than £150 - £19.95

Once your delivery has been dispatched, our couriers will either email or text you a delivery time and also a tracking number.

What is your returns policy?
At Samantha Rudd At Home With The Rudds Ltd, we always hope that you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. If you do decide that something isn’t quite what you want, you can simply return it to us in the same condition that you received it in, within 28 days from receipt of the product, and we’ll refund the cost of the item to you.

I would like to return my product, what do I need to do?
An item can be returned if it is in the same condition as it was when you bought it, with its original tags and packaging, and with its receipt. Here’s our process:

  • Send us an email at sales@homewiththerudds.com with your return request as well as your order number. 

  • Send us your item(s) to the address provided as soon as possible after informing us. To be safe, we recommend sending items via recorded delivery, and to retain proof of postage. Postage is not payable by Samantha Rudds At Home With The Rudds unless your item was damaged and prior agreement has been made that we will reimburse your payment.

  • After receiving your item back, you should receive your refund within 5 working days.

If you’d like to know when we have received your item(s), please use a tracked postage service. 

What if my item is damaged?

If your product is to arrive damaged, faulty or if you receive the wrong product, please inform us immediately at sales@homewiththerudds.com. From here we will assist you in returning and replacing (or refunding) your product. When returning a damaged or faulty product, please ensure that you use the original packaging.

Can I return my product to a store?

Products can be returned to our store, as long as they are in original condition with their original tags attached in their original packaging. We also ask that you bring along proof of purchase, whether that’s an email confirmation, gift receipt or store receipt. 

Which products cannot be returned/refunded nor cancelled?

The following product types or product conditions cannot be accepted as returns;

  • Items returned after 28 days of receipt. 

  • Items in a used (unsellable) condition.

  • Bespoke products.

  • Damaged items not notified to us within 28 days of receipt. 

  • Gift vouchers.
